let me guess.. you found yourself here because you don't believe that you can be loved, seen, valued, and respected in the body that you have right now?

- ugh, i know exactly what you're talking about

let's

rediscover

your

freedom

I'm cilla.

I've been there. I did the whole nine yards of dieting, cheat days, fasting, body blaming. You name it, I probably did it.

BUT, my hair was falling out, I was barely sleeping, and didn't have any time to take care of myself because my mind was fully consumed with what I was going to eat next, how I could *finally* get to that one size. I was exhausted.

It was time to stop self sabotaging, find peace, & re-discover who Cilla even was without the disordered relationship with food and body.

Now I help individuals in the online space find their new freedom, their purpose, and define the action steps in order to create a life that is sustainable to allow them to re-discover a healthy relationship with food and their body.

BODY

You’re exhausted from feeling inadequate with your partner every time they wrap their arms around your stomach, making you instinctively nudge their hand away, because you doubt  they can be attracted to a soft belly that isn’t flat.

Maybe you're wondering if they’re upset about the changes in your body since you first met, leaving you to question if you’re still “good enough” for them—or if you’re even worthy of love and a relationship in a body like this...

Maybe each day begins with you telling yourself how "disgusting" and "gross" you feel after seeing your body in the mirror while getting ready.

Every time you grab a shirt from your closet and find it too tight, you’re reminded of how your body has changed. All you can hear is your mom’s voice echoing in your mind, expressing her disgust because you’re no longer the same size you were in high school.

You find yourself sucking in when your family poses for a group photo as you anxiously try to hide your body behind your sister-in-law in front of you..

You so badly want to be able to say "YES!" to that spontaneous outing with your friends for ice cream, but you anxiously decline every single time.

discovering body freedom is for you if...

BUT GUESS WHAT? YOU NO LONGER HAVE TO LIVE YOUR LIFE LIKE THIS!

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH:

The confidence to use tools that stop you from spiraling into a day of body blame, where you can only focus on the discomfort of sitting down and instinctively reaching for a pillow to cover your stomach.
coping strategies that actually work when you accidentally see your weight at the doctor's office or when you hear co-workers fat shaming in the breakroom
Actionable steps to truly re-discover your unapologetic self.

"There is beauty in the healing journey & there is beauty in the chaos. both can exist at the same time."

A pillar of my offer is accessibility. If you are in need of an additional payment plan, just let me know! The last thing that I want is $$ to be the main barrier to re-discovering the best version of you.

MONTH 1: EMPOWERED AND EMBODIED

Focusing on empowering you to experience full-body freedom by teaching you how to recognize those body gremlin thoughts that say, "You'll never be good enough until you lose weight," in real time.

Foundational Skill: Body Image work is the process of learning and unlearning, so we'll dive into what is keeping you stuck right where you are in your body grief.

Month 2: Re-Discovering Me

Not your typical cookie-cutter coach who simply tells you to find body-positive affirmations on Pinterest during a tough day. Imagine knowing exactly how to respond when a body gremlin thought strikes while you’re in the drive-thru, making you feel guilty for even thinking about fast food.

Foundational Skill: Teaching you how to get back to the basics and realign with your true values as you learn to separate your self worth from your body image.

Month 3: Mastering Body Grief

You know that knot in your stomach when your kid asks you to join them in the pool, but the thought of removing your cover-up fills you with dread and embarrassment about what everyone else might think of your body.

You squeeze into jeans that don’t quite fit, and after a long day of work the moment you step through the front door and take them off, you feel immediate relief—only to discover red, irritated seam indentations on your stomach that were so desperately trying to communicate "SIZE UP".

Foundational Skill: Confidently being able to sit in the suck with the inevitable body grief that is going to come up time and time again.

Month 4: Free to be ME!

YOU FREAKING DID IT! You can actually wake up with confidence knowing that no matter what body gremlin thought pops up throughout the day, you know exactly how to handle it with no judgement. You are now in charge of writing the rest of your story.

Foundational Skill: Learning the power of acceptance using gentle compassion techniques

YOUR BODY WAS NEVER THE PROBLEM.

Words cannot express the amount of gratitude that I have for you. You have helped me grow in many ways. You were able to see right through me and know exactly what I needed to hear to reassure me. I have never felt more understood and seen, so thank you. You've shown me that recovery is possible and how much more there is to life than striving for a smaller body.

You taught me to see my body in a neutral way. Now, when I look in the mirrors, I can zoom out when I catch myself staring at the areas that I don't like. You also helped me want recovery. I can see that my ED took me away. I am now my true self.

I pinky swear that you will never view food and your body the way that you did before joining the Discovering Freedom Coaching Program.

stop telling yourself a story that is not where you want to be.
